James Blair Junior High School is a historic middle school building located at Norfolk, Virginia. It was built in 1921, and is a four-story, brick building in the Beaux-Arts style. It consists of a central core terminated by end pavilions and sits on an elevated basement. The interior features a grand granite staircase and an auditorium with classical motifs, including pilasters, coffered ceiling and balcony.
